As the leading (and, for now, only) marketer at super{set}, this position requires acumen, grit,and passion for what we do. For super{set} to continue to grow, a top notch marketing functionwill be essential. Our primary objective is to build a community and network that helps usaddress the following business needs (not exhaustive):

  • Attracting potential co-founders for new company formation initiatives / investments. We generally seek co-founders who meet many of the following characteristics: Value concurrence (passion, growth, grit, collaboration, integrity), Industry expertise / deeply understands 'the problem', Product / technical background
  • Promoting and showcasing our portfolio companies in order to increase their visibility in market and help them attract top tier talent
  • In addition to marketing-specific workstreams, this hire will have the opportunity to drive other special projects for super{set} and its portfolio. For example, ensuring widespread use and publication of our 'playbooks', shared tools, guides, and lessons learned across product, technology and go-to-market disciplines.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to both work independently but also 'manage up' effectively
  • Organized thinking and project management discipline
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Minimum 5 years of work experience in marketing & communications; additional operational experience a plus
  • Strong familiarity with the startup / venture landscape and SaaS businesses
