John Sillings leads growth at super{set}, where he helps companies in the Hive go from 0-1 through rapid experimentation, growth hacking, and implementation of best practices.

Prior to super{set}, John bootstrapped two creator economy marketplaces to profitability. He co-founded Art in Res, a fine art marketplace, and Mini Exhibitions, a virtual events marketplace for corporate team-building. He also served as Director of Product Management at Stanza, a super{set} company.

Previously, John spent 8 years on Wall Street on a small, long-only strategy with $1bn AUM. In this role, John performed fundamental analysis on public companies in every major industry. 

John graduated Summa Cum Laude with a degree in Economics from New York University. Some of John’s favorite non-work things are cooking, word and strategy games, and internet culture. John lives in upstate New York with his family.
